Powering unforgettable wildlife safaris

Guests log the leopard, you get the credit.

A branded app for the wildlife your guests came to see, guide tools that work with no signal, and one live view of every party in the field — from the nine-day circuit to the crater day trip.

Their trip, your brand

The wildlife they came for, in your app.

Your guests didn’t fly across the world to log wildlife in a free app they found at the airport — or to leave with nothing but a camera roll. The guest experience is where you stand out, and Fieldmarks puts it in your logo and colors, not ours.

  • Nothing to sign up for. A five-character code from their invitation — or a tap on the link, or a scan of the QR their guide holds up — and they’re in.
  • The app already knows the trip: every day of the itinerary, every species in every park on it — Swahili names, rarity for that region, conservation status — downloaded before departure and working with no signal for days.
  • The whole party logs into one feed and chases its Most Wanted list; the guide verifies, adds a note, and logs for the quiet ones, so nobody’s leopard goes unrecorded.

Herd moving down to the marsh at first light — two calves kept to the middle the whole way.

Guide Verified

A large, powerfully built African bovid with a distinctive fused horn shield, found across Sub-Saharan savanna and forest habitats.

Interesting facts

  • Herds can number in the hundreds and are known to defend calves cooperatively.
  • One of the “Big Five” — and widely considered the most dangerous.

The day’s story leaves camp in your brand.

Today a safari ends with hundreds of photos and, if you’re lucky, one post that tags the park. Fieldmarks drafts a branded Field Report from each day’s verified sightings — the guide adds a line and taps approve — and every guest has it that evening: in the app, by email, as a social card one tap from Instagram.

  • Every share carries your handle — and rarity does the bragging: “three endangered species, guide-verified” is proof no adjective can buy.
  • The review ask sits inside the story of the trip they just took — Google, Tripadvisor, SafariBookings, whichever they use — not in a cold email three weeks later.
  • The trip closes with the Expedition Chronicle — day-by-day highlights, the life list, the guide’s closing note — a keepsake they’ll still be showing people next year, with a web link for the family who weren’t there.

From your guide

Karibuni Tanzania. A serval hunting the rim verge before dinner — Emily’s list is going to need a new page — and zebra grazing outside your window as I write this. Down on that floor tomorrow: everything.

Three parties, three parks, one screen.

Freelance guides, third-party camps, a radio that may or may not reach — and the whole operational picture living in your head and a dozen WhatsApp threads. The Trip Board holds it instead: who’s in the field, what they’ve seen, and what needs attention before a guest feels it — the party nobody has joined yet, the report about to go out, the guide double-booked next Tuesday. And when the question comes months later — which day, which guide, which crossing — the record is verified, time-stamped, and attributed.

Back your guides

No signal past the gate. Nothing lost.

Guides download the trip before departure and work all week offline: one tap to verify a party’s sighting, a note the guest reads under the guide’s own name, a Field Report that drafts itself for approval. It needs less training than a radio.

Every verification carries the guide’s name — their photo and bio sit in the guest app, and their record builds season over season. And Hotspots turn your company’s own sighting history into where-to-look intel a new guide inherits on day one.

Every trip you sell, the way it actually runs.

Two kinds of trips, one platform: Expeditions, where guests take part, and Tours, where your guide logs the day and every guest receives it — same board, same roster, same login.

Expedition

The nine-day circuit

Every guest logs within their party, the group chases its Most Wanted list across three parks, and the trip ends with a Chronicle in your brand.

The Expedition App →
Expedition

The private crater day

Also an Expedition — participation is what matters, not length. A family on a private Ngorongoro day gets the same app, the same guide verification, the same keepsake at the end.

How expeditions run →
Tour

The scheduled drive

The sunset drive, the shared day trip, the night walk. Your guide logs it; guests scan a code, leave an email, and the branded Tour Recap arrives — no app, no download — with the option to hear from you again.

Questions safari operators ask

Our guests can just download a free wildlife app. Why this?

A free app is fine for a solo traveler. It doesn’t know your itinerary, your parties, or your guides — and every sighting logged there markets that app, not you. Fieldmarks is scoped to the trip, verified by the guide, and branded as yours.

Do guests have to log anything?

No. On an Expedition they can — most want to — but the guide can log for the quiet ones, so the record is complete either way. On scheduled drives run as Tours, your guide logs everything and guests simply receive the recap.

Our safaris cross three parks with no signal for days.

That’s the environment it was built for. The trip downloads to every device before departure; sightings save to the phone the moment they’re logged and sync when a signal returns — at camp, at the gate, or back in town.

Our guides aren’t tech people. Will they use it?

Guide Mode is built to log or verify a sighting in seconds, works fully offline, and needs less training than a radio. Freelance guides see only the trips they’re assigned to, and never another operator’s data.

We already use a booking or itinerary tool. Does this conflict?

No — keep it. Fieldmarks doesn’t sell, quote, or book. It picks up when the trip departs, and it doesn’t replace your CRM or accounting.

What does it cost for an operation our size?

Plans are sized by trip allowances that scale with your season — never per guide, never per guest, so a family of six and a charter of twelve cost the same. The 14-day pilot is free. See pricing →
